Prof Dr Niels Philipsen (N.J.)
Niels Philipsen teaches and (co-)organizes the courses "Law and Economics", "State Aid and Public Procurement in the EU", and "International Competition Law" (at CESL, Beijing). Previously he also taught the courses "Business Economics for Lawyers" and “States, Markets and European Integration".
He regularly gives guest lectures on aspects related to the economic analysis of law, both at the UM and abroad (particularly in China).
