When can a company claim that chocolate sprinkles are super healthy?
Imagine you are a producer of chocolate bars and you know that cocoa has positive effects on your health. Are you then allowed to print on the cover of the chocolate bar that it is healthy for you? Alie de Boer (food scientist at UM campus Venlo) knows exactly how it works in a world in which practically each product is a ‘healthier’ or ‘conscious’ choice.
