Successful PhD defence Marieke Hopman
Thursday 9 May 2019 Marieke Hopman successfully defended her PhD thesis entitled: 'Looking at law through children's eyes'.
The aim of the research is to create a new understanding of children’s rights violations which opens up (possibilities for) social transformation. The assumption here is that a better understanding of different legal orders relating to children and children’s rights will provide information useful for policy.
