Selection Model 2017
Would you still want to make use of the selection model for 2017, completed forms and statements need to be send to Finance, Payroll Department, DUB30 before 1 December 2017. Any forms or statements received after 1 December 2017 will not be processed.
In order for you to be eligible for the union contribution tax deductions in the year-end bonus, you must submit your completed selection form along with the following documents:
- a declaration from your union and/or an invoice to verify membership and proof of payment;
- a bank statement/online bank printout of union contribution paid during the selection year (please ensure that your name, address, personnel number and account information are clearly visible).
If you have made use of the union contribution tax deductions in the year-end bonus before, you are only required to submit a union declaration and/or proof of payment or invoice from your union that verifies membership and payment of the contribution provided with your personnel number.
