Sarah Schoenmaekers invited speaker at World Bank and George Washington University
On October 21 Sarah Schoenmaekers held a presentation at the World Bank in Washington on debarment issues in public procurement law.
Sarah was invited by a senior member of the World Bank's suspension and debarment team. During her presentation Sarah compared the US and EU debarment system and reflected on where the two systems can learn from each other.
On the same day Sarah also presented as George Washington University where the audience consisted of the Air Force Suspension and Debarment Official, members of the ISDC (Interagency Suspension & Debarment Committee) and other high ranking US officials. In the evening Sarah held a guest lecture at George Washington University for LL.M students following a program on public procurement law.
