Call for papers
The seminar on “Reconsidering the Law-Finance Nexus in a Post-Crisis World” (The 5th International Seminar on Law and Economics) will be held in Beijing on Friday 2 June 2017.
The goal of the seminar is to explore the relationship between law and finance in both developed countries and developing countries, particularly the United States, the European Union, and China, with special attention to the new development in theory and practice after the financial crisis of 2008.
We invite scholars to submit an abstract with a proposal for a paper which can be presented at the seminar (deadline 1 May 2017).
