New legislative proposal against Marital Captivity
By virtue of Pauline Kruiniger's NWO research project Marital Captivity: Bridging the gap between religion and law’ conducted at Maastricht University, a new legislative proposal has been adopted.
Watch the short documentary 'Trapped in a Marriage' by Benedicta Deogratias that follows the story of a woman who for years is trapped in her marriage and is not able to divorce.
