Nationality of foundlings
Are your parents really 'unknown'? Assessment of 'foundinghood' under international law to avoid statelessness. While the scholarly body of knowledge on statelessness in general has expaned in recent years, little has been written on foundlings in general. The objective of this study is to address the gaps in the existing literature.
