Jean Monnet Successes!
Andrea Ott and Thomas Biermeyer, together with Justine Yansenne, have again managed to secure funding from the EU. This time for a project on ‘Innovating the European Union and transforming Europe’, respectively their ‘European Corporate Finance Law Excellence Course’. The funding was secured from within the Erasmus Plus programme, Jean Monnet Action.
The Jean Monnet action aims at promoting excellence in teaching and research in the study of Europe in its entirety with particular emphasis on the European integration process in both its internal and external aspects. They promote active European citizenship and values and deal with the role of the EU in a globalised world, fostering the dialogue between the academic world and the society, enhancing awareness of the Union and facilitating future engagement, and people-to-people dialogue worldwide. The supported activities generate knowledge and insights that can support EU policy-making and strengthen the role of the EU in a globalised world.
We wish them luck with their project and course!
