Inaugural Lecture from Prof Herke Kranenborg
On Friday 15 October 2021 Prof Herke Kranenborg held his inaugural lecture on “The state of data protection in the European Union – 20 years after the Lindqvist case".
Prof. Kranenborg will be connected to the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity (ECPC).
He also will be member of MCEL. We congratulate Prof. Kranenborg and warmly welcome him to the Law faculty, ECPC and MCEL.

It establishes a framework which allows for some general conclusions on how different types of climate change litigation function and how they can help address gaps in the global governance for GHG emissions reductions.
