EU Climate Law: Lunch lecture for the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment
February the 16th 2016 Prof. dr. Marjan Peeters has delivered a lunch lecture on Climate Law at the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment.
The lecture dealt particularly with the possibility of more ambitious national climate policy under EU law, and with expected developments in EU climate law in view of the Paris Agreement from 12 December 2015. Approximately 60 civil servants, among which many lawyers, have attended this event.
