Daphné Charotte receives NATO Defense College fellowship
Daphné Charotte, PhD candidate in the project ‘A coalition of hawks and doves? Explaining military receptiveness to civil society calls for transparency around the use of force’, will be a Junior Associate Fellow at the NATO Defense College in the 2024/2025 academic year. During her time as fellow, Daphné will produce joint analyses, in particular related to NATO’s Policy for the Protection of Civilians and NATO’s broader approach to Human Security.
