Bastiaan Kemp and Kid Schwarz on the foundation’s prohibition on having members
ICGI professorial fellow Kid Schwarz and ICGI Phd fellow Bastiaan Kemp were featured in the December 2013 issue of ‘Ondernemingsrecht’.
