MoodLift platform
As a student, it can be challenging to balance your studies, social life, work, exercise and everything else you have to do. That’s why it’s important to be aware of how you’re feeling and to take good care of yourself. Through the MoodLift collaboration, Maastricht University (UM) offers free online programmes to assess and improve your mental wellbeing. Caring Universities and UM offer free online services to improve your mental wellbeing. Within UM, many initiatives and programmes can contribute to your wellbeing. Lot of these initiatives are also offered online so you can work on your wellbeing from home.
