Symposium and Dijksterhuis Lecture 2016
On Thursday 13 October the Dutch Foundation for Academic Heritage organises her Symposium and Dijksterhuis Lecture together with Maastricht University in the context of the 40th anniversary of the UM.
With pleasure we would like to invite you to take part in this event. The event is open to everyone within the UM community and inhabitants of Maastricht and surrounding areas, who care for academic heritage.
Symposium
The focus of this symposium is how relatively young institutions, such as the UM, use special acquisitions and newly formed academic collections to support teaching and research.
Dijksterhuis Lecture
In his Dijksterhuis Lecture Prof. Ernst Homburg of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASoS) will specifically deal with scientific collections from the Limburg province.
