Queer Intersectional Feminism: Why and How?
Calling all proud activists, students, scholars, and champions of queer social justice! We are excited to invite you to our joint event focused on the vibrant tapestry of queer intersectional feminism. Mark your calendars for June 13, as we come together to explore and celebrate the queer vitality that guides recent scholarly work in the feminist and LGBTQ+ community of Maastricht University.
Join us over lunch for a series of short lightning talks by five members of the Centre for Gender and Diversity:
- Vasso Belia
- Christin Hoene
- Louis van den Hengel
- Ilaria Lorusso
- Eliza Steinbock
Each will speak to the question why queer intersectional feminism matters and how it inspires them toward counter-hegemonic and transformative modes of thinking, dreaming, and doing.
