PechaKucha and Maastricht University in anniversary event!
On 7 September 2016, Maastricht University and PechaKucha Maastricht will team up for a special Jubileum event and give the PechaKucha stage to UM staff, students and guest speakers during a festive evening at St Janskerk.
PechaKucha Night, now in 900 cities worldwide, was devised in Tokyo in February 2003 as an event for young creatives to meet, network, and show their work in public. PechaKucha 20x20 is a simple presentation format where speakers show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically and the presenters talk along to the images.
