Mass Maas Clean-Up Festival
Precious Plastic Maastricht is hosting a festival: The Mass Maas Cleanup on June 15th at the Tapijnkazerne in Maastricht. Students and locals will collect plastic waste and witness a localised recycling process. In an effort to bring the community together and raise awareness of sustainability issues, there will be workshops, an information market and live music.
Programme
- 10:00-12:00: Cleanup
- 12:00-13:00: Lunch for cleaner-uppers by Bread Connection/welcoming/music by Jim Clemonts
- 13:00-13:30: Welcoming
- 13:30-15:00: Workshops
- 15:00-15:30: Break with music by Los Calabazas
- 15:45-17:00: Workshops
- 17:00-18:00: Closing with music by Solomon (speech by Climate Action Network (KAN))
If you want enjoy a delicious lunch after helping out at the clean-up, sign up before Monday the 10th of June!
