EuCourts Master Class
The second EuCourts master class addresses the limits of the principles of mutual trust and recognition in the EU as laid down in the joined cases Aranyosi and Căldăraru of the Court of Justice of the European Union. Professor Michal Bobek, who is also an Advocate General at the European Court of Justice, will teach the master class. The academic discussant is Monica Claes, professor of European and comparative constitutional law.
