EU environmental soft law and its reception in the Member States
The Soft Law Research Network (SoLaR) aims to promote multi- and interdisciplinary research about the use of EU soft law by national administrations and courts and to encourage a dialogue between academia and practitioners. It brings together lawyers and political scientists in order to study EU soft law and its operation at the national level. More information can be found at https://www.solar-network.eu.
SoLaR will hold its third event in Maastricht on 15 and 16 March 2018 to discuss the use of EU environmental soft law in the Member States.
