EU environmental soft law and its reception in the Member States

-

The Soft Law Research Network (SoLaR) aims to promote multi- and interdisciplinary research about the use of EU soft law by national administrations and courts and to encourage a dialogue between academia and practitioners. It brings together lawyers and political scientists in order to study EU soft law and its operation at the national level. More information can be found at https://www.solar-network.eu.

SoLaR will hold its third event in Maastricht on 15 and 16 March 2018 to discuss the use of EU environmental soft law in the Member States.

The SoLaR coordinators invite young researchers who are currently engaged with EU soft law to submit an abstract of maximum 500 words to Mariolina Eliantonio (m.eliantonio@maastrichtuniversity.nl) before 10 February 2018. SoLaR will cover the accommodation costs for the participants as well as the official ‘SoLaR Young Researchers Platform’ dinner which will take place on 14 March 2018.

The participants will be able to attend the open parts of the SoLaR event which will take place on 15 March 2018.
