We all experience stress to some extent. Unexpected things happen, others go wrong, people let us down and, we make a lot of mistakes. These setbacks are an inevitable part of life. However, what counts most is how we deal with them. Learning to be resilient is one tool that can help you cope. Being resilient means bending in reaction to your problems instead of breaking.

During this interactive workshop you will learn what resilience entails and how you can become more resilient. The workshop will be hosted by Stephanie Ponsioen and Anneloes Geerling, both health and social psychologists.
