In line with Maastricht University’s experience in creating a learning environment that bridges academic excellence with practical relevance, the programme’s knowledge and skills are taught in a way that enables you to develop a methodology to keep up to date with current developments in a fast-paced field. This programme targets professionals, and in developing the curriculum, there has been a keen eye on their particular needs. The programme is offered in a blended-learning approach combining a variety of distance-learning elements with residential face-to-face or online synchronous sessions. The face-to-face sessions will take place in Maastricht or Brussels and will take place in the form of intense, seminar-style blocks throughout the year. This enables you to follow the programme next to work while ensuring that the unique didactic approach comes to maximum effect.
In addition, exposure to industry experts and hands-on skills modules will enable you to draw on valuable experience regarding practical aspects of data protection and cybersecurity.
