Adelheid van Luipen (A.H.)
Adelheid van Luipen is a PhD candidate and lecturer at the department of Foundations and Methods of Law at Maastricht University. Previously she taught amongst others at the department of Jurisprudence at the University of Amsterdam and at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Her research aims at contributing to a critical engagement with Rights of Nature by specifically questioning their potential to legally accommodate a more-than-human worldview in which the dichotomy between nature and humans, as a core feature of anthropocentric law, is left behind.
