Xu Liu
Since September 2018, she works as a PhD candidate in ICIS with the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC).
Her research interests are sustainability assessment, sustainable urban mobility development, and innovation policies.
Xu has a Master degree in Environmental Management, obtained from Xiamen University in June 2018. She has published two articles in good quality journals during her master studies, which are focus on sustainability assessment of the Chinese industrial parks. She has a lot of field work experience before as a principal investigator of the Planning Environmental Impact Assessment for Shishi Biotechnology Park project which is sponsored by Shishi government.
Her current research topic is Ex-post sustainability assessment of urban mobility policies in Maastricht and Shishi(China-Europe comparison)-implication for ex-ante SA. The main objective of this project is to improve ex-ante sustainability assessment tools based on the ex-post sustainability assessment analysis and to find how they can integrate into SUMD.
