Bij e-mailbericht van 30 augustus 2024, via het Complaints Service Point (hierna: CSP) ingekomen bij het CBE op 2 september 2024, tekent appellant beroep aan tegen het besluit van de examinator, welk besluit betrekking heeft op het cijfer voor het vak ‘Foundations of Law’ (MET 1201). Dit besluit … berekening (met het punt van mid-term 1) een 5.5 behaald. Uit navraag bij de examinator is echter gebleken dat appellant tevens mid-term 1 had moeten herkansen. Voor mid-term 1 is in de herkansing dan ook een 0 toegekend. Appellant heeft vervolgens contact opgenomen met de examinator, blokcoördinator welke hem naar de examencommissie verwezen.
