Bij brief van 9 oktober 2018, ingekomen via het Complaints Service Point (CSP) bij het College van Beroep voor de Examens (CBE) op 9 oktober 2018, tekent appellant beroep aan tegen de beslissing van het bestuur d.d. 29 augustus 2018 om hem een negatief bindend studieadvies te geven. 2. Bij brief van … heeft hij hiervoor 26 van de 60 studiepunten behaald. Hiermee heeft hij niet de vereiste norm van 40 studiepunten behaald waardoor hij een NBSA heeft ontvangen. Het bestuur benadrukt dat appellant gedurende het studiejaar pas op 4 juli voor het eerst contact heeft gehad met een studieadviseur, gevolgd door een gesprek op 10 juli 2018. De keuze van appellant om, ondanks de verstrekte waarschuwingsadviezen, pas in juli 2018 persoonlijke omstandigheden binnen de faculteit aan te geven, dient naar de … kan niet worden vastgesteld dat die persoonlijke omstandigheden de oorzaak waren van het halen van onvoldoende studiepunten.
