Appellant stelt echter nooit de e-mail met activatielink te hebben ontvangen die benodigd was om de aanmelding te voltooien. Op 29 februari 2024 heeft appellant contact opgenomen met het Student Services Centre (SSC), maar zij gaven op diezelfde dag aan dat de e-mail wel was verstuurd.
