The seminar will feature a case law discussion by Annalisa Volpato (PhD candidate). The case at stake is C-613/14, James Elliott Construction Limited v Irish Asphalt Limited, EU:C:2016:821. Mariolina Eliantonio will act as a discussant.
The last MCEL seminar of the academic year 2015-2016 will take place on the 21th June from 15.00-17.00. MCEL member Dr. Evangelia Psychogiopoulou will present on the cultural method of coordination, which will be followed with comments by Kate Mattocks.
Members of the MCEL PhD forum will meet for a lunch seminar (12.00-13.30) in the garden of the Faculty of Law to discuss recent legal developments in EU law as well as plans for next year.
