Overnight Stay

Master application procedure

Make sure that you have completed your application at Maastricht University. This means that you have completed your application via Studielink and the MyUM portal and have uploaded all required documents. Also make sure to send a certified hard copy of your diploma to the Student Service Centre (SSC) and to pay your tuition fees. As soon as Maastricht University has completed your application, you will receive your Student Identity Card. You will need this card and your Maastricht University ID-number with password on various occasions during the Faculty Introduction.

Start academic year and course timetable

Course timetables for the master's programmes are available 2,5 weeks before the start of the academic year. Your personal timetable can be accessed via the Student Portal . Please note that education starts in the week of 3 September.
