In her latest YouTube series she discussed the displacement of the Ukrainian population as a result of the war in Ukraine. As of the release of her video, a quarter of the Ukrainian population has had to flee their homes. 6.5 million people to another region within Ukraine and more than 4 million people to a neighbouring country. Melissa also sheds light on the European Union's response to this mass European migration. Specifically on the measures taken to support the refugees in the present and the future.
