The paper “Market Segmentation and Product Steering” by Stefan Terstiege and Adrien Vigier has been accepted for publication in the American Economic Journal: Microeconomics.

We are happy to welcome Prof. Wouter Botzen from the Institute for Environmental Studies (IVM) at VU Amsterdam in our GSBE-ETBC Seminar on March 27.

The paper “Profit Taxation, R&D Spending, and Innovation” by Max Löffler and colleagues has been published in the February 2025 issue of the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy.

Our PhD student Milan Van Steenvoort successfully defended his PhD thesis titled “(Un)welcome to our world: essays on fertility and forced migration.” Congratulations!

The paper “The Effect of Gender Discrimination on Labor Supply” by our former PhD student Nickolas Gagnon and our colleagues Kristof Bosmans and Arno Riedl is now available online at the Journal of Political Economy. Very nice!

Hannes Rusch and Lennart Reddmann organized the 2024 meeting of the Cognition, Behavior & Evolution Network (CBEN) at our school in Maastricht. It was a great program with many interesting speakers!
