Ius Commune workshops on IP

On Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November, we organize two workshops on Intellectual Property in the context of the Ius Commune Annual Conference.  On Thursday from 14 - 18h, we discuss Intellectual Property in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, on Friday from 9 - 12h, PhD candidates present and discuss their PhD research. The Research School Ius Commune is a cooperation between the law schools of the Universiteit Maastricht, the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, the Universiteit Utrecht and the Universiteit van Amsterdam. Every year in the month November one of the faculties that participate in the Ius Commune Research School organises the Ius Commune yearly conference. During these Ius Commune conferences a few plenary sessions are organised in which attention is paid to general topics related to the Ius Commune Research School. In addition several workshops are held where attention is paid to the research performed within the various sub-programmes.

One of these sub-programmes concerns intellectual property. This year, we are organising

1) A workshop on Thursday 26 November 2020 from 14 - 18h, on Intellectual Property in the Fourth Industrial Revolution

2) A PhD workshop on Friday 27 November 2020 from 9 - 12h, where PhD candidates from the participating schools present and discuss their PhD research
