UM rises in worldwide rankings of young universities
Maastricht University (UM) has risen in the Times Higher Education Young Universities ranking and can call itself the sixth best young university in the world.
UM is proud that its efforts, including in the fields of education and research, have been rewarded in this ranking. In the QS 50 Under 50, UM rose from 23rd to 19th place.
These special rankings indicate which young universities are expected to be among the world’s best in the future. UM’s President Prof. dr. Martin Paul: "We are extremely pleased that Maastricht University has maintained and even improved its position in the rankings for young universities.
