Special Issue co-edited by three MCEL members published in the Maastricht Journal

In October 2024, the Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law published the Special Issue "The Future of EU Fundamental Rights", co-edited by MCEL members Šejla Imamović, Elin Börjedal and Eleonora Di Franco.

This Special Issue collects contributions on the role of the Court of Justice of the EU in fundamental rights protection, on emerging concepts and sources in the EU's rights architecture, and on the position of social and economic rights in the Charter, and is the result of the proceedings of the 6th Young European Law Scholars conference (1-2 June 2023).

The Special Issue is available here.
