SAP Cloud live from 8 June
With the Go Live of SAP Cloud on 8 June, UM employees can arrange all kinds of personnel, procurement and financial matters online. SAP Cloud is replacing several old systems and will enable our university to maximise the integration and digitalisation of our work methods and obtain better insight into our data.
The old systems will be replaced in stages throughout the coming years. For now, a large portion of the Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) have been digitalised under SAP SuccessFactors HRM.
From 8 June, orders can be placed online through the customer-oriented system SAP Ariba Guided Buying. Budget holders can view financial reports, issue billing orders, and run monthly financial reports with SAP S/4HANA.
Find your way quickly with our help & support
We are organising webinars and have published instructional videos, Quick Reference Cards and work instructions on the intranet for all of these tasks. We have also prepared a handy, short manual for ESS to help you get off to a smooth start in the new system.
SAP Cloud is a user-friendly and intuitive system in which everyone should be able to find their way fairly quickly. It may take some getting used to, but you are not alone. By putting our shoulders to the wheel together and helping each other, we will all get used to SAP quickly.
