Ria Wolleswinkel receives Global Campus Medal of Honour
Ria Wolleswinkel, Associate Professor of Law, Gender and Legal Education at Maastricht University has received the Global Campus Medal of Honour. This medal has been awarded to her for her extremely important work for the European Masters' Programme in Human Rights and Democratisation (EMA).
Human rights network
The Global Campus of Human Rights is a network composed by 100 universities worldwide specialized on human rights education and functions as hub for the EMA. Ria has been National Director of EMA since 2004, and EMA chairperson since 2013. She received the well-deserved medal at the Graduation ceremony of EMA graduates 2018-2019 in the Scuola Grande di San Rocco in Venice.
