Protest 4 June 2025
On 3 June, pro-Palestinian protesters held a protest march at and inside several UM buildings. Their route included the buildings of UCM, SBE, Law, and the Student Services Centre. The demonstration ended around 14:00.
In demonstrations like the one today, we adhere to the same principle: we allow space for protest and accept that it may cause some disruption. At the same time, we remain mindful of those who are working and studying in our buildings. We will continue to seek a balance between safeguarding education and research and allowing demonstrations.
Today, the protesters respected the request not to enter locations where exams were taking place.
