Progress summary proceedings against alleged unlawfulness of 'internationalisation'
Today, in the District Court of Utrecht, summary proceedings took place against the University of Twente, the Education Inspectorate and Maastricht University (UM). These summary proceedings had been filed by Beter Onderwijs Nederland (BON), alleging the unlawfulness of the 'internationalisation' of higher education. On 6 July, the court makes a decision. UM has heard the court and looks forward to the verdict with confidence.
