LinkYou: Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience shares its expertise in employability in Latin America
The LinkYou project aims to improve the employability of young graduates in Latin America by creating a platform that brings together companies, academics and students. The Erasmus+ funded project targets universities in Colombia, Peru and Argentina with support from UM and institutions in Portugal, Spain and the UK.
Herco Fonteijn (Department of Work and Social Psychology) and Ermo Daniels (Valorisation Officer FPN) share best practices for employability and for improving university business collaboration. The FPN team start by mapping crowdsourcing platforms for the benefit of education. They will also be developing a workshop on creativity and innovation for Latin American universities.
