MILE: Jean Monnet Chair in EU Migration Law and Governance
The Jean Monnet Chair in EU Migration Law and Governance aims to create a spirit of interdisciplinarity, critical thinking, and societal awareness in the study of migration. It encompasses teaching, research, and public activities and debates. It targets national and international students, young leaders, stakeholders, and leading scholars with the purpose of generating interdisciplinary knowledge, critical understandings, and actionable research.
The MILE project objectives
To strengthen and promote excellence in teaching and research in EU migration law and governance.
The objective is to foster, expand, and consolidate a broader community of scholars, stakeholders, and policy-makers. MILE aims to generate knowledge, actionable research, and insights that assist EU policy-making in finding innovative and integral solutions to current and future challenges relating to migration law and governance.
To bring EU migration law and governance closer to the European and national/regional public and the youth.
