Franco Peirone (F.)
Franco Peirone is Assistant Professor of European Public Law at Maastricht University - Faculty of Law - Department of Public Law since September 2021.
He developed his legal education at University of Torino (LL.B and LL.M., 2011; Ph.D., 2015), Maastricht University (Visiting Student, 2010), The George Washington University (Visiting Scholar, 2014), Università del Piemonte Orientale (Post-Doctoral Scholar, 2016) and New York University (LL.M., 2017), where he has been Emile Noël Fellow at the Jean Monnet Center for International and Regional Economic Law & Justice (Post-Doctoral Fellow, 2018). He has worked as Lecturer at Maastricht University in the period 2018-2021.
He is affiliated to the Department of Public law (Constitutional Law) and he is Secretary of the Montesquieu Institute at Maastricht University.
