FHML master's introduction - 2019
When you are starting a master's programme at the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (FHML) of Maastricht University (UM), you will first take part in a faculty introduction (depending on you being a new UM student or a continuing student, it takes a whole or a half day).
The programme: general information
During the Faculty Introduction on 30 August 2019, you will meet your fellow students and staff, get to know the faculty and (electronic) facilities, learn more about our teaching system, your specific master’s programme, and more. But there are also team-building games, so that you are not just listening pasively all day.
Please note that the Faculty Introduction is mandatory for all students.

International evening
The night before the Faculty Introduction - the night of 29 August - an international evening is being organised for all our new international master's students. For them, not only Maastricht is foreign but the Netherlands as well; part of this evening is a crash course in Dutch culture and habits.
