- What is the registration deadline?
You can register for the conference or Alumni event until 1 October 2026.

- I registered for an event but I did not receive any confirmation?
It might be possible your confirmation may have been sent to your SPAM folder. We therefore ask you to check this folder carefully. If you do not find the confirmation email there, please contact us by sending an email to: law-ecpc@maastrichtuniversity.nl

- I registered for an event, but unfortunately am not able to attend after all. What should I do?
We kindly ask you to de-register for the event. Please let us know before 1 October by sending us an email: law-ecpc@maastrichtuniversity.nl

- Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there will be coatracks available at every location, where you can leave your coat free of charge. However, the area is not supervised, so please do so at your own risk*.

- At what time should I be at the event? Registration begins at 08:30 with coffee and tea, and the programme starts at 09:00.

Please make sure you arrive on time in order not to miss anything or not cause any disturbance.

- What if I have to leave the conference early?
The conference takes place in one big hall (church) so to minimalise any disturbance during the panels and keynotes we would like to ask you to leave during the breaks or lunch.

- Will there be food and drinks available?
Yes, during all the events drinks and food will be available:

Conference
Will have several coffee breaks, a buffet style lunch and we close the conference with drinks.

Anniversary party
When you enter the venue you will receive three drink tokens. New drink tokens can be bought at the venue. Small bites will be served throughout the evening.

Alumni event
Lunch and coffee breaks will be included.

- What if I have any dietary requirements?
We try to accommodate everyone. Lunch will already include vegetarian and vegan options, to be sure, we ask during the registration process whether you are lactose free, gluten free or vegan. Incase of severe allergies we ask you to contact Iris van Dijk, iris.vandijk@maastrichtuniversity.nl

- Will photos be taken?
Yes, during the conference and alumni event, photos will be taken. If you do not want to be included on any photos or videos we ask you to let us know. During the registration at the conference you can choose a white lanyard to indicate you do not want to be included in any photos or videos.

If you are coming to both events, please do not forget to wear your lanyard to the Alumni event.

During the anniversary party, there will not be a photographer present.
