What began as legal compliance has evolved into questions of power, resilience, legitimacy and trust. ECPC itself was created just after the adoption of the GDPR - at the precise moment when implementation, rather than legislation, became the real challenge.
At this high-level conference we will look at what we have learned over the past ten years and – equally important – we will look ahead to our future responsibilities.
