Payment options

To facilitate the payment for our Brazilian participants, we can offer you the following two possibilities:

1. Pay the full amount to Maastricht University

You can pay directly (by creditcard or bank transfer) the full amount to Maastricht University, The Netherlands
 

2. Pay in instalments 

You can choose to pay the course fee in four instalments. These instalments are scheduled for: 
1. September
2. October
3. November
4. December

Please note that the number and fee amount of instalments depend on the month of registration: 
If you register in April, the total fee amount will be divided in four equal instalment fees.
If you register – for example - in May , the total fee amount will be divided in three equal instalment fees.

Invoice will be issued around the 15th of each month*. Each invoice will also include a payment link, allowing payment by: iDEAL|Wero, Creditcard or PayPal. 

Currency Information 
All fees are charged in Euros (EUR). Due to daily currency fluctuations, we are unable to guarantee fixed amounts in Brazilian Real (BRL) .

Cancellation Policy

Maastricht University reserves the right to cancel the event up to two weeks before the starting date and cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred. Participants will either be reimbursed or offered to participate in another ECPC conference or training.

Refunds will be given to participants who cancel their registration 6 weeks prior to the start of the course. If you cancel your participation six to three weeks prior to the start of the course, Maastricht University can refund only 50% of your registration fee. If you cancel your participation less then three weeks prior to the start of the course, you will need to pay your entire registration fee.
