E.K. Swanzy

Erasmus works as a lecturer in Organizational Behaviour/Studies at the Department of Organization, Strategy and Entrepreneurship, School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University. Prior to assuming this position, Erasmus served as a teaching assistant within the same department, where he facilitated Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sessions for various undergraduate and graduate courses.

Erasmus holds a double master's degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology in the context of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree. As a result, he studied at the University of Bologna (Italy) and the University of Barcelona (Spain).

His research specialization revolves around psychosocial working conditions, with a particular focus on topics such as work intensification, organizational leadership (including supervisory support and leadership behaviors), employee performance, and employee wellbeing.
