Maastricht University's Language Centre offers a broad range of language services to students, staff, companies, organisations and private individuals. We help them communicate effectively in an international environment. From language courses in modern languages such as English, French, German and Spanish to the translation and editing of a wide variety of documents – the Language Centre has something to offer for everyone.
UM Language Centre's Translation and Editing Service assists organisations and university faculties with the translation and editing of many different documents.
The Language Centre offers programmes with that prepare you for the NT2 State Exam programme II (integration candidates with a higher level of education).
Next to our open courses, we also offer language coaching or tailor-made training programmes designed specially to suit your needs and objectives.

If you would like to work or study abroad, you usually need a document that states your level of proficiency in the particular language. The UM Language Centre offers several assessment services to support you.
