Would you like to learn a sport, work on your fitness and strength, or are you looking for a student sports association where you can make new friends? At UM SPORTS you can choose from a large number of sports. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to top athletes.

We also offer courses for a small additional fee. During a course you get more in-depth knowledge of a sport or you can learn a (new) sport. We offer courses at different levels; from beginners to advanced. Some examples are: tennis, squash, climbing and weightlifting (also for women!).
