Since 2008, the faculty has collaborated with Hasselt University and K.U. Leuven in offering bachelor's and master's law programmes at Hasselt University. The Maastricht faculty is responsible for 40% of the bachelor's courses, and the other two partners are each responsible for 30%. The study programme combines the study of Belgian law with a great focus on English-language education, European law, comparative law and Problem-Based Learning. After having completed their bachelor's degree, students from Hasselt University can continue on with the Maastricht master's programmes.
