My research at UM focuses on understanding the SME ecosystem in Limburg and identifying the challenges they face. I am also responsible for the data management of the UM Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Finally, I serve as a tutor for courses related to Entrepreneurship. My previous research focused on Fair Artificial Intelligence (AI) through measuring the extent to which automated decision-making is discriminatory against groups or individuals. I also explored eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) in the framework of time-series prediction.
